Anthony's Story: from the Daily Mail, Pizza shop robber is caught after police found threatening note he gave to employees indented on toilet paper in his home

A pizza shop robber was snared by police after they found a threatening note he had given to employees indented on toilet paper inside his home.

Eric Frey, 29, tried to rob Michael Maria's Pizza in Uniontown,
Pennsylvania, on Saturday by handing an employee a note written on toilet paper that read: 'I have a gun. Give me $300.'

Police arrived before Frey could leave because an employee hit a panic button.

The suspect told the employee and police that he was made to rob the store by another man who said he was going to shoot him if he didn't return with money.

But when police searched his apartment they found a newly-opened toilet paper with the message indented on another sheet.

They also found a black pen nearby matching the ink he used.

According to the criminal complaint against Frey, a large bearded man standing in a nearby alleyway had coerced him into robbing the store.

When police turned up to search his home, he said: 'Let's go. I don't have anything to hide.'

Officers then found the toilet paper linking him to the crime. They then entered his kitchen and found a can of pop he had used to smoke marijuana, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune.

Frey was charged with attempted robbery and robbery, attempted theft and theft, possession with attempt to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He has four unrelated drug cases pending and was placed in the Fayette County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bond.

Online court records don't list an attorney for Frey.

Not the typical New Year's Resolution 2015 (Audrey)

According to the U.S. Government's official website, the top three New Year's resolutions are to lose weight, to help others, and to quit smoking. These are tried and true, respectable goals that we set forth for ourselves every year. Whether you're successful in your resolutions or not, it might be time to think outside the box and find some more unique New Year's resolutions. These unique, less-frequented goals may help you think differently about your 2015 choices.

1. Buy local products
Shopping within your community reduces your impact on the environment, since less freight transportation (if any at all) is required to ship products. In addition, buying local helps you be in touch with your community and helps keep your community a stable, self-sufficient destination. Join Community Support Agriculture (CSA), eat out at local family-owned restaurant, or stop by a local consignment shop for home decor.

2. Buy less gifts for people
Ouch, this sounds like a harsh resolution. But think about how much money you spend trying to please others with trendy gifts and lavish birthday presents. Gifts are an easy way to say thanks or show affection without having to do much. Instead of buying gifts, treat others with your undivided time and attention. Go for a walk with a friend, take your kids to the library, or cook a meal at home for your significant other.

3. Don't text people in the same house as you
Instead of walking upstairs to tell your family member that it's time to go, you text them and quietly wait for a reply. What are you doing this for? Pursue human interaction, especially when that person is only a few rooms away from you.

4. See Real Art
Do you enjoy visiting museums, but find that you rarely find time to go? Looking at real art not only elevates a mood, but it can boost cognitive growth as well. Make a resolution to visit a different museum each month or become a member at your local art museum, and milk it for al it's worth - date night, family activity, etc.

5. Start a Blog
Blogging can help you organize thoughts, motivate new ideas and inspiration, and allow you to reflect on your thinking. A lot of growth can happen in one year, and it can all start with one post. The key here is to make every attempt to post often. If you want to become a better writer, a more creative parent, or a stronger blogger, you need to make a daily or weekly commitment to it. You can sign up for a free WordPress or Blogger account and have your first post up today.

Soon Alcoholic Drinks Will Have Calorie Counts On Them. Here's What You're Really Drinking. (Steve)

Pretty soon, it's going to be 2015. And pretty soon, you're going to know EXACTLY how many calories are in your food and beverages, from that mixed drink on the menu to that deliciously buttery popcorn at the movie theater. Thanks, FDA.

The recent food ruling comes from the FDA's "Menu and Vending Machines Labeling Requirements," which requires "that calorie information be listed on menus and menu boards in chain restaurants and similar retail food establishments and vending machines."

In years past, alcohol has been exempt from caloric labeling by the FDA. In a comment to the Associated Press, Margo Wootan of the Center for Science in the Public Interest said, "Alcoholic beverages are a key contributor to the calories Americans are consuming, and most of the time when people have a drink they have absolutely no idea what its caloric impact is."

All that will change in November of 2015, when patrons will know the exact calorie count of their Patr?n from the label on the menu (you can escape all this by just ordering at the bar, FYI). To learn more about the rule, here's the latest from the FDA. (By the way, bottles will continue to be label-free -- this new rule only applies to menus.)

And just to prepare you for the calories you'll see on the menu, we used the government's official drinking site, "Rethinking Drinking," to determine just how many you're currently already drinking:
